Both sides fielded a lot of non regular first team players.      Bashley went 2-0 ahead, then Aldershot pulled back to a 4-2 up at half time.       An early 2nd half goal by Aldershot made it 5-2.     Bashley and Aldershot made subs, with Aldershot relying on youngesters.     Bashley managed to pull through to a 5-5 then a normal play 95 minute penalty, and scored to make it 6-5 to Bashley.      Well done for both sides for a true enteraining match.

Northers AC are based in Guernsey and flew from the island on the day of the game in to Gatwick at a cost of £150.00 per person for the flight.      Locally Southampton Airport would be double at £300 per person return.     The tean went back the following morining.    Well done for a real enternaining match at Lymington.
